Speedo/Tach cushioning

Hi I have cut up some mouse mat to replace original cushioning material , any advice on best glue to stick matting to speedo assembly. Worried about possible melting of mause mat ? Cheers G

I use peel and stick draught excluder works fine.

evo stick, we use that to stick neoprene wetsuits, it doesnt melt them like other glues, mouse mats are similar.
