Gary i wasn't planning to as what i am after will not be the same as everyone else wants ie. i need little off-set, most will want the most available.
Ray may still have a few or many if he has relented but another option he gave me last winter was a 'weld up' which i think was a little more expensive that a stock item but less than a one-off from Talon.
Could have got that wrong though.

So it looks like this to me now
My bike is under geared & I'd like to raise it but the problem is the chain runs close to the top swinging arm pivot.so if I raise the gearing with a 19th 530 on the front il have to change the rear to a 530 which will mean the 40th 630 will be smaller sprocket on the bac which might bring me bac to the problem of the chain running close to the swinging arm pivot again?

Neil if you change to 530 the front will be fractionally reduced in diameter as you say and to maintain the same ratio as you have now you would need to loose approximately 0.4 of a tooth (half a tooth) from the rear sprox.
Chain would then be as you say fractionally closer to the top of the arm so no real advantage.
To address youre un-gearing issue would require you to reduce the rear sprocket a further 1, 2 or 3 teeth,... further exacerbating the problem.
Looks like youre stuck unless you get bigger wheels or change to tyres with a larger rolling radius, neither of which will work for you i guess.
I am just about to cut the swingarm pivots from the frame and replace them lower down to overcome this problem on mine.
