DFDS are looking at cancelling portmouth to le harve next year, making their decision jAN .
BUT NEWHAVEN TO DIEPPE show times of
10am arrive 3pm
depart DIEPPE
05.30 arrive 08.30 or
18.00 arrive 21.00 times tbc jan.

so at the moment i think these look best

DFDS NEWHAVEN 10.00 TO DIEPPE 3pm there (2 hrs 30mins to hotel)
and return
Brittany ferrys CHERB 17.00 TO POOLE 18.45 (1hr 10 mins from hotel)

any thoughts

looks like newhaven is closing down aswell, so portsmouth looks good. chrisu is double checking the times.
next year is the 70th anniversary since the end of the war. thats most probally why its so busy over there in may. so should be a good visit

Looks good to me.

We will have to be quick off the ferry when we get over - everywhere in Arromanches closes down at about 10.30pm :??

Unless we go to Le Pub

I am happy to do a block booking (which I can do monday night) but..............

i will need the money up front - paypal ok. PM me for details.

Also i will need the following info for each passenger

first name
surname
nationality
date of birth
bike reg no (if known)

happy to take these in a PM obviously for those shy about their DOB.....

Also if anyone wants to book a comfy seat or a shared cabin costs are in addition, each way and as follows :

Seat £5
4 berth cabin - £26.
