Moderators Peter but that's another story.

Vesrah are probably a little thicker than your cheapo Chinese ones, maybe 2mm. The important thing is that they will seal and wont fall apart

I ordered a genuine Camcover gasket recently at £55, the blxxdy thing was Pink! Fortunately it was for someone else

yes the Kawasaki part is pink now they used to be grey & had lead impregnated in the material which is now banned. the new pink gasket absorbs oil like blotting paper but once it has been tightened down a couple of times they are ok & can be re used many times over
