inner tubes

just had my wheels re chrome spoked ect..is there a good way of putting the tyres on without knackering the inner tubes,,just split both orderd another set..pain in the arse putting these tyres on and off and on...there must be a good way without damaging the tubes.

talc and a little bit of air in them will make it less likely you pinch them..

Stick the tubes in first,use tye wraps to compress tyre all round about 6 of em,drop over the wheel stick valve through hole,release tye wraps job done,inflate tyre....Keith Ogdons idea...works a treat there is a vid on you tube on here of it being done.....Paul J
