Clear lenses, dyeing ??

#1 PostAuthor: Big Fluff » Tue Nov 20, 2007 1:27 pm

I hate orange...... it's alright with vodka I suppose..!
I want clear lenses for the GPZ indicators fitted on the Saxon Turbo but can't find any. What I don't want are mini indicators as they just won't suit it. Is there a way of taking the colour out of the original lenses, y'know, chemicals etc ?
Or.... has anyone got a set of full size indicators with clear lenses to sell me ?
The finishing touches really matter on this beast.
Cheers... Will.

Maybe thinners ?? Acetone or Methanol but maybe they might affect the plastic.
No indicators is best :D

LOL :D Like it Pigford :P
Those MC Partner jobbies look nice but they won't fit as they're not on shafts/posts like.. y'know.
Maybe I'll just tint the bastards and stick high power LED bulbs in :|

Cheers all so far............
