Very unlikely you'll find NOS and there's no replica ....yet. (I believe there may be one in the works)
Last NOS one I saw went for something like $500.
Keep checking the usual places for a used one, hard to get but they are around.
PS make sure you don't get a Z1000 A1 box..very similar, but different.

I have been working with Garn on this and have produced a replica but not for the market but simply to provide as near the same but not costing £?????'s.
I made it out of
100mm toilet drawings pipe
100mm drain reducer to 75mm for connection to air box
2 x 100mm downlight bases with 65mm hole where the lamp would fit
65mm perforated tube
Close cell foam

Looks the part and works. Garn has the pictures and can post as I can't yet!
Just purchased a 1976 UK Z900 A4 for renovation. Wish me luck.
Bike now finished what a joy!

Are we talking the air filter box here or just the cylinderical baffle that fits onto it??

Rocking horse poo, sprinkled with hens teeth dust.... But I have one, I bought a few years ago. I have been in contact with a plastic injection moulding company, and as with most of these things .. How many do you want 100/1000. To make it worth there while... If I can get enough orders then I might go ahead...

Blow molding or VAC form might work. Tools can be wood so cheaper. I know a guy who might do this

IMO air box's aren't that hard to come by, it's the air box cylindrical silencer that is, everyone binned them when they had to first get to the battery
