Was a fan of PJ1, but not tried the new stuff. I have just started using BBQ paint from a rattle can, so far so good, no long term experience of it yet

DON'T use PJ1 it is SHIT now.

Wurth satin or Sperex/Simoniz tough black is probably the best now.

I will post some pics if required.

Best results are obtained by thinning it down with a wee smidgin of petrol.

ADMIN, COME ON.

Fellow member and Brother Adrian is implying that I'm,

Not right,
Half daft,
Not too tightly wrapped,
Not playing with a full deck,
A couple of slices short of a picnic,
Needing help,
Not wired up right,
Possibly lacking in something,
Not the sharpest pencil in the box.

I have feelings too you know!!

Not firing on all four
Lift doesn't go all the way to the top
Not the brightest bulb on the tree
direct ear to ear ventilation
It's hard to get the big picture when you only have a small screen

I would recommend using a proper zinc chromate etch primer, with no build followed by a two pack polyurethane satin. Make sure you use a decent mask and in a ventilated area, ideally a spray booth, though I often paint in the back garden
