wire loom

Find the blue wire that feeds the clock loom behind the headlamp, unplug it take a length of wire from the fed side of the clock loom direct to battery Positive and touch it on if you clocks light up you know the issue is between the lighting live and the connection you have just split

Thank you all for your combined efforts to sort this and sort this we have.
All working perfect now. So the problem with the horn was as you all said, poor earth. Cleaned off powder coating to handlebar caps and the top bolt. Horn works perfect and very loud!
Clock lights was a lose connection. As soon as I took the front light lens off the clocks lit up. Not sure what was actually wrong but pushed all the connections in tight and could make them fail again.
So all back together.
