Can I use rock wool pipe lagging on exhaust baffles?
Just purchased a 1976 UK Z900 A4 for renovation. Wish me luck.

just use the earth wire from some 240volt twin & earth electrical cable

Rockwool will degrade really quickly, the sound pressure will break it down in no time, better off getting the proper stuff as above.
