Chain Oil Bottle ~ Is Nothing Sacred

#1 PostAuthor: Garn 1 » Wed Jan 15, 2014 3:56 am

Here it is, as predicted some weeks ago... As most of you are aware, I never favour any Z supplier over another on any forum. However, this is hot off the press. The long awaited Chain Oil Bottle

Complete with original style strap :?:
Not as good as the original
This is why so many restos these days can be completed with pattern parts.
Do any Z1/Z1A owners still use the chain oiler now we have so many excellent chain lubes available?
Regards
Steve

I think the strap looks fine and only $14. Much better than what was previously available.
About time this part was repro'd really. There must to be a pretty small demand and so the production cost must be quite high - hence the price, but hats off to the person who got this done. They deserve to make a buck from it, and you can keep your £350 old yellowed ones.

Should be easy to tell the repop tanks from the Genuine old yellowed ones, give me a bit of patina any day.
