I think the hole in the washers are the same area (different shapes) in every bike I have just the outer diameter is made to fit the different bikes

If I recall correctly some XT350 models had restrictions in the exhaust not sure if it was for 33bhp limit or not.
86 Z1100R x 2, z7/11r, ZRX400, Z1000B2, ,ZRX1100C4 & Z1000J3.
