Zeds were fitted with ribbed (directional) front tyres, this helped stability :?

The steering angle is quite sharp but helped with the 19" wheel. This trait is just one of the charming charateristics of the Zed
It may be worth checking wheel bearings, spokes & pressures. The wheel alignment & maybe even frame trueness  Then fork oil levels.

A steering damper may help, but is only going to disguise the real problem.
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

Daz, what tyres do you have on? These can make a huge difference.
Check out what Pigford says, also the "trueness" of the wheel.
Four pipes rule, anything else is second best.

also check the swingarm bearings/bushes. many years ago i had a suzuki gt750j that weaved more than they normaly do. One time i almost decided to head for the grass verge on the motorway and jump off. swingarm bushes were knackered. What happens at rear can affect what happens at your other end.

Cheers Pigford and the guys for the advise. I am going to embark on getting 2 new matching tyres and at the same time I will ask them to check the things that you's have mentioned. I'll let you know how I get on.
Thanks Again
