I have a mate who lent me his Suzuki Hayabusa on a run. I have to say that it was incredibly impressive and fast, cornered like it was on rails and brakes were fantastic. It was quiet and smooth as silk.
It also had absolutely no soul or charactor and I wouldnt be able to " bond " with it in the same way as the classic stuff.
I would also probably kiss goodbye to my license if I had one !!!

That in my opinion completely explains most modern jap bikes
