Blinky Blimey Guv' dead posh ignition  , especially when mounted on a bit of carbon fibre board
I'd recommend MDF board for those of us in the real world, mortgage, CSA, credit card debt.... etc
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

Nice bike and well made, not so sure about the cases for pro stock, and although the carbon looks nice, I would suggest you need a lot more to shed a load of weight to make pro stock....but keep up the good work, glad to see someone racing a Kawasaki...

reworked the handlebar setup to get it down to the 560mm minimum, now using a straight bar instead of the renthal dragbar which wont allow the throttle body to push right up ........ but with a bit of jiggerypokery, a wand and a hacksaw n hammer...jobs a goodun

sorry for the long delay.........................
but christmas/new year did'nt see any real progress on the bike, stripped the front end down again, gonna bolt on a carbon blade on the front wheel, swap the gremica front master cylinder to a brembo type radial one(this will enable us to get the handle bar set up down to the minimum 560mm by keeping throttle body flush with the master cylinder)

have a long list of gear to gun drill and re-mill,and got really p*ssed off with farming stuff owt only to wait weeks for simple engineering,so i've took the plunge and purchased a mill and a lathe, got stuck into a really messy garage so by the end of the week,we might see a few more things done...........hopefully..(pics inc)

came back from the states with a hole sh*t load of info, but not many parts and we're still waiting for em

just got in the garage today,so still behind a tad, first time on a milling machine ,found everything pretty straight forward, just gotta take yeh time and not go plowing in,so it probably took us 2/3 times as long to do it as an experienced engineer, glad i bought one with auto feed !!!
