oil leak

#1 PostAuthor: justin taylor » Sun Sep 02, 2007 11:45 am

Hello, ive just bought my Z1B and yesterday went for my first good ride, she ran like a dream. When i got home i noticed some oil dripping out of the rev counter drive.(where the cable comes out of the engine)Itook it off to check there was a o ring (there was) and refitted it but it still leaked.Would this just be the o ring and where do i get one from? Thanks

Justin,
yes buy the seal kit, from what I remember you just unscrew the assembly from the head clean it all up, and change the seals, the tach drive shaft comes out but is easily refitted.easy peezy good luck.
