Guyz,

Bought a Marshall Deeptone from Fred the Zed about 4 weeks ago.

I CANNOT GET IT TO FIT THE BLADE.

Have any of you had this problem before??

Probably the wrong bike - get rid smartish & find summink the Marshall fits :wink:

Jim pal,

You need to slice down through the head and barrels between each cylinder, and prise the barrels apart suit the centres of the exhaust. Bike will never work again, but the exhaust would fit.

That is a result in my book.

Best option is to do as Mark says - scrap the bike and get a decent bike the exhaust will fit.

Don't listen to them Jimmock, put a strap around (NOT a strap on) the downpipes to squeeze them in and then do the final spacing with wedges. a lot quicker and easier than cutting the block. To get the pipe to have a bit more ground clearance just run over the middle with the car a few times which gives a nice turn up on the silencer.

or just run over the bike with a steam roller
problem solved
