Z1 Centre Stand

#1 PostAuthor: DogsbolloxofZ1B » Thu Apr 04, 2013 10:25 pm

Looking for a clean and straight centre stand, don't mind having it reprinted. But got to be correct for Z1 models.
Anybody got one?

Cheers Mike

Hi Mike,
There is a chap on eBay doing these as repros if you can't find one from a member.
It is not quite the same quality as the factory one though. e.g. the end that shows under the left pipe is less rounded.

Mike
I know you will probably want OEM but DOREMI do one for about $104.00US with what looks like rougher welding than on an original item
Available on Doremi site.

Steve

pattern ones are shite the mounting bolts are as loose a a prick in a shirt sleeve. unless you get the stand sleeved or new bolts made to fit it will rattle

very true z1bman,and i can add it would be like an extremely small prick in a shirt sleeve as i have one, pattern centre stand that is not an extremely small prick, had to have stand reamed out and some spacers fitted to stop it rattling,no probs now though
