IF THATS A 1956 MODEL PRAM THEN THE PUSH HANDLE SHOULD BE PAINTED AND NOT CHROME. THEY WERE NOT CHROME UNTIL 57 AND IT MUST BE OFF A LATER MODEL. THE 54 MODEL IS THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER BUT ONLY IF IT STILL HAS THE ORIGINAL TOOLKIT.
