You can keep this set-up but fit a blanking disc under the pressure switch outlet to the main gallery (or plug the switch body)
All the oil would then be diverted through the cooler, that way you get to keep the oil light without having to shell out for expensive oil cooler fittings .
I use the blanked off port in the switch body for the cooler feed as for the pressure switch to work correctly it should be within the flow of the oil.

Z1R conversion
Yes,the tail end frame need to be mod to fix tail unit,the frame where the seat is attached need mods,the bottom mounting hole for the side covers to be relocated and the hardest would be the fairing brackets:)

Thanks Holeshot, just came back burning the Expressway,need a lot to brush-up my skills after 18 years of laying-off but the thrill is always there with the Z
.Cannot push her to the limit yet coz the standard brake m/cylinder cannot activate the twin Lockheed front calipers effectively.My new Lockheed front m/ cylinder is being assembled,tested,quality control at AP Racing,should arrived by end of February.
