Not bad bikes to be fair

Pretty tall and heavy , Mind you I am 5' 5".

They do however have a massive swingarm pivot point. Good for putting modern running gear on.

I was going to do this with mine.
Have everything for the chain conversion and fz750 front and rear ends.

But the ST is probably worth more than an FZ750.

Thanks paul....I think they are overlooked all to easy...a real bruiser of a bike and easy to keep and maintain. Job done!

i always regretted selling mine, nice grunty bike, easy to ride and maintain and rarer than the z1's and 900's. Parts are affordable too. One day I'll have another. Best of luck on your search.

Hello there, I have 2 and a half STs at the mo, I have had another 4 before that.
They are a bit tall and heavy but are torque central [ once towed a Ford fiesta about 2 miles with one], they have never, ever let me down and have always put a big smile on my face especially with a Harris exhaust fitted.
I am new to the site and this is my 1st post /reply so please be gentle with me.
I am looking to do up my old favourite Z 1000 ST at the moment and then do do a custom job on the other one, still in design with that but prob old school, in the meantime I have collected many spares, I sold off a few bikes and loads of spares about 6 or 7 years ago but I still have quite a few bits and bobs left which i will be listing soon over the next few weeks.
