Camcoated Nitro Racing exhaust

#1 PostAuthor: morten » Wed Jan 09, 2013 4:51 pm

After watching Gingerbears exhaust I had to try to paint the Nitro Exhaust.

Found out that there is a guy in the middle of Norway that is doing camcoat painting.

Sent him my Nitro Exhaust just before xmas and got it back yesterday.

Looks very nice and the surface is just like powdercoated but much "harder" in a way.

Mounted it today and runned the engine good and warm. No changing in the colour of the pipe. Hope it will be that way!!

For those of you seen the bike before will notice I have changed too black engine covers and rearsets. I am happy with that and think it suited the bike. (had to do some small repairs after the Germany trip anyway)

The best one showed 142 bwhp and 130 nm torq :ed

Wasn't the exhaust black already Morten?

Either way, I think it looks great. :)
There's no replacement for displacement.
