doe's anyone know the alternator output on the 77 b1 ? think i have a candle in mine could do with a better light these dark evenings!!!!! ??

I doubt there is anything wrong with the alternator - what bulb are you using? A lot of people replaced the original with halogen back in the 70's - H4 i recall?

looking for a cibie replacement used to be a 913 or 914 as for the alternator just wanted to see what its kicking out i cant find an output given in my books?

Typically 50 to 70 volts AC between each pair of the three phases.
