Lockup Clutch 'Snowflake'

Im looking the snowflake (& arms) piece of a lockup clutch, its for a GPz750 but the Z900/1000 stuff works.

The cover is no good for me as the clutch works differently

Drop me a PM if you have anything please, im looking about this a tad early incase i have to do some searching............usually when i say that about 15 will be available now of course! :lol:

i have a piece of ali here,its 20mm thick x 100mm wide,i bought it at stafford to make my own lock up clutch part.
if its any use to you,its £5 plus postage.

Thanks for the offer, i need at least 133mm wide & thats just for the lockout part, i need a much bigger piece, prob 40mm deep & 300mm long for the case spacer

Steve how much HP is this bike designed to have? You could save a lot of work and expense.

Could easily be 200 Al, need lockup over 150ish

cheepest way for the spacer is to weld a small frying pan on the cover

The cover extension won't really work, it's non pushrod & the clutch puller mech is on the outer face of the casing. Less hassle to make a case spacer but much more expensive, extending the casing would mean slicing the end off, welding a tube extension on & welding the case end on in exactly the same position...........not easy to get 100% right
