Your workshop is a lot better than mine, a lot tidier too. Good luck with your build. Oh and welcome. :D :D :D

alright....got my GPZ B-1 bodywork the other day, it's all goint to need new chassis tabs but will fit the ST frame very well i think!
as it sits i only have about 20 deg of steering angle, but plenty of steering stopper to cut away, ill just have to "massage" the tank a little.....

im itching to get stuck into this build, but until we move and i get a shed progress is painfully slow!!!

what wheel Hubs are you using to get a good spacing for radial brakes?

haha, the wheels, its always about the wheels..........

the spacing from disk to disk is 135mm, so yes its perfect for modern forks and radials.

they are Ducati sport classic or GT1000 wheels, i have had the rims powder coated and added stainless steel spokes.

the only problem is they are almost fucking impossiable to find!

Im just starting to tidy up my spare wheels and my first instinct was to powdercoat the rims Black on this set too, but im in two minds..... as im think of my next project being a more stock looking Zed...

gear lever turned up today, so i threw that on and its a tad too wide...

when i tighten up the foot peg bolt it clamps the lever solid, so ill have to take to it with a file when i get a chance.
