Hmmm, I think Jimmocks concerned (OCD) - coz they're to the left of the 10mm nuts - and logically, they should be on the right, in ascending order, small to large :!:

Keep them photo's coming.......
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

Now built head and fitted, carbs in and air box.
This is now the 7th Zed ive done and still finding new ways of fitting bits, but thanks to 30 years collecting bits and re-firbing them when im doing nowt makes it so easy.

Some lathe work done, Made all the parts for rear brake rod out of stainless steel (exept spring had that plated)
I did this years ago on my 900A4 and looks very nice and needs no looking after.
Looking forward to getting the oil cooler system built will be lots of ali/stainless work in the lathe and milling machine and be a one off.

Nice looking lathe from that angle - looks better than my nasty Chinese crap. One day I'll get a nice Colchester Student :ed

The bike is all but finished less the oil cooler system now , need to convert these old hose type to -8 goodridge then select the type of angle fitting to take the oil lines to the rear and up the centre between the carbs and airbox, then over the top of the engine under the tank to the cooler.

If you haven't already found him, Alex at Torques is an excellent ebay seller. Should have what you need at a reasonable price.

Found these and wow! would just suit the "old school" style, but when I looked at the position too high due to the low 2:4 seat. So will stick with standard pegs a lot easier on my old dicky knee . So they will be going on the for sale pile .
