Anuar,

I'm a bit concerned with your oil cooler plumbing. Taking the feed to the cooler from the end of the oil gallery behind the block will reduce the supply going to the head & crank. Its like wiring the cooler circuit in parallel with the engines own 'lubrication' circuit. I would suggest proper oil cooler take off's from behind the block, that way the cooler is plumbed in 'series'., and shouldn't reduce supply to the crank & cams.

Thanks for the most valuable advice,will get a proper oil cooler take -offs.Most of the items I ordered arrived but the 1 that is stressing me is the Dyna Ignition,still airborned for the last 14 days and still have not landed in KL.

GB the way the oil cooler is connected up is the same way as on my Spectre. Its been on the bike for nearly 40k and was fitted to the bike new (going by the paper work that came with the bike) and no sign of an damage/ wear. Its a Lockhart cooler kit. The oil still comes from the same oil gallery, not the middle of it but one of the ends
Got the Rex, just the Kat to get now...

Connected that way it probably won't do any damage but won't do any usefull cooling either.

shouldn't make any difference it is plumbed into the correct galleries just looks a bit messy

No!
The main bulk of the oil will take the shortest path which isn't through the cooler.
The cooler is plumbed in parallel to the oil gallery which is incorrect.
To do any cooling it needs to divert all the oil solely through the cooler.
