Dave,I have a set of adjusters and the spindle if you want to borrow them for a pattern.

Hi Jack, thanks for the offer, if you could send a photo of the spindle then that would be great. Where i work there are a couple of really good toolmakers who can make me a replica from the one eccentric I have, the only thing thats got them confused is where the keyways are cut on the spindle, and i guess you have 2 loose keys you have to insert to lock the rear spindle up?dave

just a quick update.. received helpfull photos from jack aka "london calling" and got one adjuster machined up to match. To keep costs down i picked up a rear spindle from a zzr600 and got two keyways machined into the spindle. Next step is to strip the paint from the swingarm, get it recoated and ask image works to do me some DAVIDA MOTO decals to finish it off. Have a look at the photos below--once again thanks for the help.dave

Some 6mm flat plate with 2 bolts or bar welded in, so they locate in the adjusters should do the trick.
