St Andrews Childrens Hospice charity ride 2nd Sept

#1 PostAuthor: Padders » Fri Aug 31, 2012 5:51 pm

Is anyone local going on the Annual Bike run for the St Andrew's Childrens Hospice on Sunday. Departs Willingham Woods at 12 onto the Red Lion at Redbourne departing 1.15 then onto the Salutation Inn at Nettleton before departing for the Royal Oak at Cawthorpe at 2.15 arriving 2.45.

Should be a great turn out if the weather holds.

Gavin and myself are hopefully attending Padders. I'm thinking about starting from Redbourne as it's my In-Laws Golden Wedding Anniversary party on Saturday............. and I'm hoping to drink some beer in between the tea and cakes

SWMBO was going to ride the GT380 but we went out this afternoon and the fecking clutch cable snapped

Very well attended rideout with good weather, and a pleasant afternoon at The Royal Oak near Louth.

Sorry I did not have long to chat to you and Gavin I had to catch a friend before he left. Hopefully meet up again at one of Teds meets.

It was a great day out with more bikes than I can remember attending before.

Although brief it was good to see you. The parking at the splash was well organised.

Bugger - I missed this posting: I was actually at Willingham on Sunday ("Billy no-mates" on my Kettle - Zed is sick) and saw some signs saying Bike Route - looks like I missed a good afternoon out - Bugger again !!!!!!
