hiflo oil filter

Just about to change the filter and oil, last job before the attempted fire up, is there anything you have to do with these? do they need to be primed or anything? ive only ever changed the external dome ones before

I just kick it over a few times with the kill switch off before firing up

ok thanks, i know that most people pour oil into the housing on the dome type filters so theres some being sucked into the motor while pressure building, i'll make sure i crank for a while without the plugs firing to make sure its flowed round somewhat before firing :D
