That is a 'D' model with points ignition. Later 'E' and 'F' models (electronic ignition and footrests mounted on frame rather than underslung below silencers) are probably slightly more sought after but if all bits are original and mint with matching frame and engine numbers it's about on the money. I think the earlier 350's are better looking and better value but I'm biased. Lots of used parts for 350's on e-bay.com as well unlike the 400's !!
