stiffer shock springs

#1 PostAuthor: nealblath » Mon May 28, 2012 12:19 pm

just wondered if anyone knew if there were stiffer shock springs available for my Z1A

I'm pushing 18 stone and when the wife is on the back, there seems to be a squeeqy clattering everytime we go over a bump!

have checked everything underneath and cannot see where it is coming from. Swinging arm is greased up, shocks prings on maximum pre-load.

perrhaps it is powder coating making everything a bit tight but I reckon a stiffer pair of shock springs would help

I'd try HAGON.
They should be able to supply stronger springs or even buy a set of their classic shocks which would suit the bike.
