kz1000 a1 tool tray

hi all is the tool tray on a kz1000 a1 the same as the one on the uk z1000,I bought one a while ago that i was told was the right one for my bike,but it doesnt seem to fit,any help much appreciated.

are you refering to the one in the tailpiece or the one that goes on top of the air silencer?
