it wont start on any kind of choke

they are CV carbs

float bowls are full but no petrol getting to the cyclinders
way too many Zeds

are the breather pipes clear. have you made sure the camshafts are fitted in the right place

Paul, as they are CV carbs one trick to try is to blow gently into the carb breather pipe this can get fuel moving into the system,then hit the starter with no choke,i had a Gs1000g with a blocked choke pickup this method would always get the bike started...Cheers Paul J

just a thought but check that the slides are fitted correctly and have not turned in the bodies,, also that there are no holes in the diaphragms
