Rubbers required

#1 PostAuthor: Z1B » Thu Apr 19, 2012 7:25 pm

Is there a site anywhere that does all the many rubbers required for the Zed, need just about everything imaginable that goes onto the frame, Tank rubbers, battery box etc, anyone know where or who .
Best run in recent years, Faro 2,500 miles, roads to die for. Applecross (NW 500) also awesome roads, current bikes, Z1, GPZ1100, ZRX1100, HD Fat bob.

Z-Power and Z1 Enterprises both sell the majority of rubbers needed.

Speaking from recent experience, Zpower and Z1 Enterprises do all the rubbers - often in sets eg for the rear fender, the electrics plate, the footrest mounts, the instument panel mounts etc etc; they even do the 10mm grommet on the rear fender which the rear loom passes through.

The only rubber I have not been able to source is the special with the shaped metal insert for the horn mount(horn to bracket)

But keep an eye on the cost - I have had to renew every rubber on my A4 due to excessive perishing and its not cheap...

Z1B, Z power would be a good start as they are based in UK, then Z1 ent in US.
