Bongo's Z650 rebuild

#1 PostAuthor: Bongoball » Sun Mar 25, 2012 7:21 pm

Ay up Guys and Gals,
With the help of my mate Rik, I restored a Z650B3 from January to July 2010.
After posting a couple of pix the other day, I was asked if I had any pix during the rebuild.
Hundreds is the answer!
I made myself a record of each step as we went along, so I thought I'd share them with you.
So sit back in your comfy chair, get yer pipe out, stick some shag in it, light it and puff away as the story unfolds...

Great build Bongo and very well documented , very nicely done .
Just watch out for those swans when you park your bike up though , they'll break your arm those things
Also i hope those circling shitehawks were not after aiming at the 650

Nice bike Bongo

Hope she goes as good as she looks mate.
I'm a bit partial to the odd Z650 in green myself
