Z650 Again.

#1 PostAuthor: mikey » Wed Mar 28, 2012 6:37 pm

Bought this for myself for my 50th birthday year before last as atreat
then ran into some money difficulties as we do from time to time and it had to go.
Well today me mate who bought it said he had lost interest in it and asked if i wanted to buy it back, would have been rude to say no  Image

While me mates had it i stripped it for him and hes had things like the

As for the ltd been bit to busy for it at the mo but the wheels have been
at griffs, discs and hubs are being powder coated satin black, rims black gloss
and re building with stainless spokes just like on me A2, black is the new chrome  hang on thats not a good advert for me :??
But when i get em back ill put em on and post some pics

Spent an hour or so this afternoon dragging everything out the boxes
and making piles for polishing, chrome plating, zinc plating anodising and powder coating.
The frame, swing arm, battery box and engine mounts have already been powder coated.
Through the summer i will concentrate on getting that done as all thats finished on my ltd so come winter should be a case of just bolting it all back together, oh and a new paint job.
