his n'7 may well be a new project so i would guess that the tears would mean that what he has done would make you cry as it's not a resto rather a street fighter or as some would say bastardised
a good bike..

That's what I thought he meant in the first place.
Just cos I ain't building custom/ street fighter versions don't mean I can't enjoy watching the threads where others do. I've even put a Z1 vs. Zephyr 1100 Drag racing clip on my rebuild website for you Ade.
Plus where else do the restorers get standard parts from without killing good bikes like that Tania on eBay does
So Simon...... bring on Number Seven (or is it Severn
) I am all ears matey.
Perhaps an amphibious version for the back lanes around Tewkesbury
Cheers from Mark

It's all going on in the background Mark, I'll start a thread in the project section soon, currently awaiting the frame and other parts back from the powder coaters. Also need to finish the 650 first, or at least get it off the bench. Maybe I'll post a little project thread on the baby zed as well but progress is painfully slow.

650
Its a shame so many 650's have "shit" aftermarket silencers fitted to the original downpipes ( Made by "Feked" )
I suppose though original mint systems are hard to come by for one owner, never mind, some of us are lucky to know of a mint system not many metres away

But Paul, why would you want a heavy ugly old original system when you could have a modern lightweight set which looks and sounds better?

Mark. The bike looks fantastic. Those silencers look like the old "Dunstall" ones ??? Very close shape to the originals though. And ................... Have you had those engine casings chromed !!

Must dig out my old nail 650, only rode it once last year
