Help with identifying Z900 cams

I took the cam covers off my Z900 project bike today. It's a US import and had quite a few external tuning mods so I was interested to see what was inside. The cams are marked:
CWC with an R underneath
USA
K259
and
7A31
Didn't have time to take a photo. My guess is that they aren't original as they are stamped USA.
Anyone got any idea what they might be?
There is no serial number on the engine so the block is obviously not original.

I had some k259 cams.
Identified them as Engle fast road cams .
Wish i had kept them.
First dibs if you want to sell :D
