carb overflow pipes

#1 PostAuthor: tonyzx12r » Mon Mar 19, 2012 11:35 pm

Hello. I want to replace the carb overflow pipes on my Z900A4 the part number is 92059-134. However this is just black fuel pipe, is there anywhere i could just buy pipe by the metre and cut it to size?

Can't see why you couldn't use something like 3/16" fuel line? I ended up using what they call "water" hose (not fuel resistant) not sure how long it'll last though. I think the right stuff has a Neoprene lining inside?
I have the actual lengths of each pipe written down here some place if you want them as well.
Think Z Power sell a set of these too?

Z power do a set off the roll

You need about 2.5 metres to do all 4 carbs and each one has a little metal circlip to hold it onto the brass outlet.

1 + 2 need to be longer than 3+4 cos they all exit right side. I would suggest testing lengths with your old ones or a bit of string before making final cuts.

Cheers from Mark
