When you did have the swingarm powder coated morten did you take out
the rolling bearings? Only asking because I’m doing similar to mine.
BTW very nice work you are doing. :)

Hi Hawk, sorry for late reply but I have not been looking at this site for some dayes
I did not take out the bearings, but I made two block off plates with an axle and a nut in each end that exactly matched the swingarm radius. This because i did not want sand or paint in there. I only cleaned the bearings well before and after.. Works well..
Hope this was of some help for you.

Thanks morten. I was just thinking of the heat..
I though it would not be good for the bearings.
Best to you from Island. :D

Gorgeous H2 Morten

And good luck with the ZRX.

Far away across the field,
The tolling of the iron bell,
Calls the faithful to their knees
To hear the softly spoken magic spells.

Let me know when you sell it Morten.

Bike looks absolutely fantastic. The exhaust turned out great and I would kill for the camshafts and carbs.

What kind of figures are you expecting from the Dyno? 160ish?

It's all about priorities mate. I was able to buy a Ohlins R&T front fork and Racefit exhaust and I'm just a poor student. :D

Hi again... The Dynorun has been done and here is the result :)

As you can see there is a little dip in the beginning of the curve because it runned a little rich. This has been adjusted.
I am pretty satisfied with the torq. curve doe
I do not think I can aim for more at this point, and if I adjust more hp I probably loose torq.
I will try a little back and forward when I have opertunity on the dyno and see if I can get any more out of it. (to little time on sunday!!)

But anyway 154bhp, 130 nm and 30kg reduced weight is not bad

The sound is awsome and HIGH as you can see in the video
