Clocks reassembly

What's the order for the assembly back on the bike
As I remember the sleeve with the rubber isolater goes on the back side of the clock mounting bracket.
The rubber is flat one side but has a raise centre on the other. Which way round does this go?
Then, should there be a washer, then split washer, then nut.
Should have taken note when I stripped them
