Assuming that the weather's OK we'll be going on our bikes this year.

We only live down the road and last year it took us the best part of two hours to get there; took less time to get to Stafford on our tractors  Then the part of the car park we were allocated was a good forty seven miles form the show gate  At nine and a half quid a ticket I felt they should have sent a fecking taxi or shuttle bus !!!

Went today, bit disappointed at the lack of Kawasakis on show, think there was more chops that kwaks!!

If anyone is going tomorrow, here is some advice, when you pull into the start of the entrance, drive on down as marshaled and after 200yds or so, the track forks, you can drive either way but if you go left you will continue on to the back of the show which is all hard standing parking. Go right, and it is mostly parking on grass, wet grass. If you arrive after 12pm, you will have to park right out the front some way from the turnstiles. If you tell a marshal you are picking up someone from the front you can then drive to the fork, take the left fork and park as said above because people were leaving today as early as 12pm (me included) and you will find a spot.
Secondly, the standing queue to pay at the turnstiles from the left fork goes more slow than the queue from the right fork as the right fork had 4 payment windows rather then the 2 on the left fork queue.

Hope this info helps those who have not prepaid.

If you have read this, you can clearly see that I need hundreds of words to say just a few, sorry if you were getting bored by the end.

:(

We were planning on going today, but the foul weather put us off, so we are going tomorrow. Instead I spent some time working on the wheels on the shafter - bloody hard graft :|

Thing is Steve, I'm not a true motorcycle enthusiastic, I only look at Kawasakis whether at a show or walking round the spectator bike parks (which is usually far more interesting).
