16th Sinners rally and the Zed club
Hi folks, just received the latest club magazine (which I really enjoyed) I saw a report on the Sinners rally, we were there, and recognised a few of the faces, I was one of those folk milling round the bike show at the back of the pub, generally talking about the old days of Zeds, fraid even in early afternoon I had way too much to drink,, LOL and prob ended up talking s**te anyway it was real good to see used and practical Zeds, this made my day, there were about a dozen of us up there, our tents were pitched right up the top of the site, (out of harms way) not up in my Zrx1100 this year but my TL1000 (Black with a few mods) a few of the lads were on Kawas eg GPZ 900, ZZR1400, etc but generally a mixed bunch. see you all there next year lads, hopefully on a Kawa of some description. again well done

Best run in recent years, Faro 2,500 miles, roads to die for. Applecross (NW 500) also awesome roads, current bikes, Z1, GPZ1100, ZRX1100, HD Fat bob.

Hi Z1b, I was there as well, unfortunately, my Z was not on the road at the time, so I had to use my vmax. I went to the rally with friends who are not zed guys so I didnt spend as much time chatting with the z1oc members as I could have, before the effects of too much beer, made it tricky for me to do joined up talking! Still enjoyed the rally though - despite the pish weather!
Cheers

Hobbo,
Yeah, I have looked at the Newcastle ferry,Its a pity the Rosyth one has gone, it would have been much easier.
I think I will be a pussy & take the old zed on the trailer......
My hands are gettin older than my mind & don't work that well on long runs.
The only down side is it costs a helluva lot more to have the trailer hooked up.
