Five of us from the Surrey / Sussex contingent all booked up and raring to go....Si of `Flyingtigerpaint` is joining us for the ride there...we'll be travelling over, via the tunnel, on Fri. 6th on an early morning train...possibly 6.00 am `ish....returning on Mon. 9th...anybody else planning to travel on that day, around that time, let us know....the more the merrier!

If it's too loud....too bad.

The five of us from the Sussex / Surrey contingent have had a get together to thrash out the Eurotunnel travel times for the Z1 German trip. Early days, but you have to travel at set times so we wanted to make sure we were all booked up and travelling together....if you want to do the same, the more the merrier, here are the times we've booked:
Folkestone to Calais Fri 6th July: 6.50am train
Calais to Folkestone Mon 9th July: 17.50pm train.
Return fare is £44 and can be booked on the following website:

I am local to tunnel so if anyone wants advice/suggestions please shout.
I use Tunnel fairly frequently. It is good and if you get there early and they have space they will always put you on the earlier train.
