Hoooge turnout at the top of Parbold Hill this morning as the mild and dry weather allowed the bikes to get there .
Being a hardy type myself I have been up here every year in my Transit even with the ice and snow all around the past couple of years .
There was way too many bikes and people to be able to get round them all and taking pics was at times a bit of an elbowing contest . Brilliant though :D

Sure was, born in Liverpool, lived in Ashton most of my life, first job was a miller and turner at the top of Wigan lane, down Leyland Mill lane!

Nice pictures, the white 400 and Norton do it for me. Is that Norton a wankel?

Nearly a Haydock yicker then mate
That white 400 is one of kas750s stable of bikes and very nice it is too .
The white Commando has quite a history about it starting from it being a 750 police patrol bike with a combat engine in and around Liverpool in the 70s.

No sorry i didn't take any more pictures of that Norton .
I took twice as many as i posted up but it was that bright and sunny that i had a lot of sun glare on some ,
not that i'm complaining about sun on Boxing Day .
