I've found ProTyre have always been very much cheaper for boots for the Pimpmobile(Grand Cherokee) and service is excellent. The branch local to me (bristle) make a big thing of bike tyres. My days of riding bikes that eat tyres are long gone (I used to get 1500miles out of a front and 2K out of a back on my Exup!) so I haven't kept up on the cheapest. I have always been impressed by the professionalism shown by the fitters when shoeing the Pimpmobile though - never a scratch on the alloys. I believe they are pretty much national. I had a Jeep shod in London once, and their level of service and care for my car was exemplary.

Just had my wheels shod, I wanted BT45's but my local 'Central Tyres' couldn't get hold of the front's....not even from Bridgestone so I ended up with Pyrelli Demon's???????? Got my doupt's, i'll most likely be swapping them for the BT45's as soon as they become in stock again!!

The cheapest I found on the net was here at Intobikes, at ?69.

but I was pointed to a guy here in Reading, he has quoted me ?63, tyre only.

My rear tyre is near new, so I am leaving it at the moment, but only because I intend to go down the wider rear wheel route as mentioned by Fer, just looking for a spare rear wheel to get rebuilt.
