Float level Z1000

#1 PostAuthor: Hawk1 » Mon Nov 28, 2011 2:23 am

Lend my service manual and now I’m working on 26.mm Z1000A carbs.

Don’t remember the float level from gasket to the top of the
float? I if remember last time then I think it was near 28mm, but not sure
or 4.mm from the surface?

Thanks :D

My clymer manual says, 1977 = 25mm and 3mm, 1978 = 26mm and 4mm,
always had mine at the 26mm and 4mm setting.
