Hi, I would be intersted to know what you guys think are the very best cleaning products for:
* Polish for paintwork
* Engine, frame, & swingarm degreasing (without harming the metal)
* Metal polishing
* Wheels
I am also looking for a very good general cleaning agent that I can spray on a bike that will help get all the grime, grease and dirt off it.
Purchased some Zymol today and boy does it make the paintwork shine and smells great! It has Carnauba wax in it. But it is quite expensive and you can get through quite a bit of it just doing a few bikes.

Muc off works well for gen cleaning,Muguirs or Mer for paint,Solvo for metal,

Best degreaser I've used is Putoline chain and engine degreaser - expensive BUT it works.....
Paintwork depends on how much time you want to invest, but a bucket of soapy water and a £5 bottle of turtlwax wont really cut it if you wan't a proper finish........being VERY sad I invest ALOT of time on my paintwork, but 'I' think it's worth it

Well, I'm known as a bit of a mister mop and my regulars are:
Degreasing: GB's bang on! Brake and Clutch cleaner: it's a very pure alcohol so always test a small area first on painted surfaces! Don't buy the rip off aerosols: Buy a five litre can and dispense from an old washing up liquid bottle. Apply to paper towel and wipe, or work in with small paint brush - better than splashing around. Fantastic for throw off chain lube.
Heavy soil/greasy cleaning: Tried many, but I've stuck with Autoglym Engine Cleaner. Powerful, but not smeary like Gunk or some other water soluble cleaners. IF you've got a lot of sticky grease to tackle, use B&C cleaner first, then move on to this.
Light soil cleaning: Autoglym shampoo and wax.
Metal Polish: Used to swear by Autosol, but I find Autoglym metal polish is better. Polishes off really easily and cleanly. Best way to finish is the wipe off with B&C cleaner first, then buff.
Paint polish: surprise of the week - Autoglym super resin.
Quick polish: Autoglym Instant Show Shine. This stuff is bloody miraculous: works on every surface.
Tyre / Vinyl dress: Autoglym vinyl cleaner. It gives a matt/satin finish, rather than the gloss that other products can give. Tyres, pipes, etc just look clean, rather than shiny.

The best degreaser by far that I have used, and I have tried them all in my industrial line of work, is Just Orange.

This all a bit technical for me, doesn't the bike wash it self in the rain when its ridden to events???
