I picked up a brand new 110 cc chinese one a couple of years ago for £200.
Came with alarm etc. The remote control allows you to turn the engine off remotely if your kid gets to going to fast and not listening!
That has worked so well that my boys have stopped arsing about on the quad because they didn't like pushing it back to me!

Best advice would be to avoid anything Chinese, buy best condition Japanese you can find, it will hold it's value if looked after. Chinese has a short shelf life, okay when new but worthless later due to shelf life and lack of parts availability.
